In 2006 Nick completed his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, extended minor in Psychology, and Health and Fitness Certificate from Simon Fraser University. He went on to earn his Master of Physiotherapy from the University of Alberta in 2009.

Nick has pursued extensive post-graduate training, including Level I Orthopaedic Manual Therapy, Mulligan Mobilization techniques, Sports First Responder certification, and certification in Myofascial Trigger Point and Proprioceptive Therapy. He holds advanced certifications in Vestibular Rehabilitation, TMJ Dysfunction, and Musculoskeletal Acupuncture, and is fully certified in Gunn IMS needling.

With a strong interest in sports physiotherapy, Nick has worked with athletes at the high school, provincial, and collegiate levels. His experience includes supporting teams such as Douglas College Soccer, New Westminster Hyacks Football, as well as BC Soccer and BC Field Hockey. A former member of the Simon Fraser University men’s soccer team (2000–2002), Nick continues to compete in the Fraser Valley Soccer League with the TCFC Soccer Club and coaches his son’s soccer team. Other sports he enjoys include skiing, basketball, baseball, and tennis. He is also an accomplished endurance athlete, having completed four marathons and one triathlon.

Pramod Johar is a registered physiotherapist with over 10 years of clinical experience treating musculoskeletal and sports-related injuries. He holds a Master of Science in Kinesiology (Exercise & Work Physiology) from Memorial University of Newfoundland and a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University in Delhi, India. Pramod is registered with the College of Physiotherapists of British Columbia.

Pramod treats a wide range of conditions including sports injuries, post-surgical rehab, chronic pain, and orthopedic conditions. Sharon is a Registered Dietitian who believes that gentle nutrition is a paramount foundation for expressing kindness to ourselves, our bodies and our health. She believes in the integral role that community, cooking and sharing food with others has on one’s wellbeing and hopes to help others nurture confidence in their own food/nutrition skills. Her experiences in outpatient nutrition counselling, working as a community cooking instructor and nutrition with the geriatric population have enhanced her passion for delivering practical nutrition education. In all of her work, she recognizes and advocates for the compounding effect that small daily habits/changes have towards our long-term health. Kailey is a registered social worker with over twenty years of experience in a wide range of health care and social service settings. She understands that everyone encounters challenges—both big and small—at different points in life. Kailey is passionate about working with individuals who wish to explore their experiences more deeply and develop greater presence, insight, and mindfulness in their lives and relationships. Kailey provides solution-focused and supportive counselling, with particular expertise in illness and injury, end-of-life care, and grief and bereavement.
